After gathering on Monday for an opening circle and evening practice, Tuesday and Wednesday invite you to dive into body-focused work using breathwork, tantric and transformational practices to connect deeply with the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. Thursday and Friday open the space for deep breathwork and plant medicine ceremonies. We close on Saturday with guidance for post-retreat integration and a nourishing vegan buffet before departing.

These practices support awareness of thoughts, emotions, and the physical and energetic body. Free from sensual or sexual focus and without nudity, the practices guide participants to open their hearts and surrender to the present moment.

In preparation of taking the plant medicine we start the day with a few grounding exercises to wake up and land in the body. Then through breathwork we get energy flowing and practice surrender to give the plant medicine an easy access. The setting is ceremonial and sacred in a western way. The ceremony will be guided by our team, experienced in creating a safe and love-filled space, welcoming all that is alive and wants to be expressed.

Previous experience with breathwork, tantra, or plant medicine is not needed.

You can enroll directly through the website by filling out the enrollment form and selecting your preferred retreat and date. Once we receive your form, we’ll schedule an intake call to get to know you better and assess if the retreat is a good fit. If it’s a yes, we’ll guide you through the next steps to prepare.

Foundation retreat can be taken on its own and is recommended as a prerequisite for Courage retreat. While Courage can also be taken individually, Rebirth is only available after completing Courage, as the two are synergistically building on each other. Following the path of the three retreats creates a progressive journey that offers the deepest and most lasting transformation.

Once your eligibility for the retreat is confirmed, a deposit of 550E is required to secure your spot. You will receive information on how to make the payment of the deposit after the intake call. The remaining retreat fee is to be paid upon arrival. Accommodation costs will be settled separately via bank transfer.

For cancellations made 2 months or more before the start of the retreat: 100% of the deposit is refundable.

For cancellations made 1 month or more before the start: 50% of the deposit is refundable.

For cancellations made less than 1 month before the start: Deposit is non-refundable.

The retreat price covers all program activities, daily vegan meals, as well as one preparation call before and one support call after the retreat.
