Yes, we use psilocybin truffles, which are legal in the Netherlands, in a safe and guided setting.

After gathering on Day 1 for an opening circle and evening practice, Day 2 invites you to dive into somatic work using breathwork, and transformational practices inspired by the yogic traditions to connect deeply with the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.

On Day 3 we open the space for deep breathwork and a legal psychedelic ceremony with psilocybin truffles.

We close on Day 4 with guidance for post-retreat integration and a nourishing vegan buffet before departing.

These practices support awareness of thoughts, emotions, and the physical and energetic body. They guide participants to open their hearts and surrender to the present moment.

In preparation of taking the psilocybin truffles, we start the day with a few grounding exercises to wake up and land in the body. Then through breathwork we get energy flowing and practice surrender to give the truffles an easy access.

The setting is ceremonial and sacred in a western way. The ceremony will be guided by our team, experienced in creating a safe and non-judgemental space, welcoming all that is alive and wants to be expressed.

Previous experience with breathwork, embodiment practices or psychedelics is not needed.

Foundation, Death and Courage retreats can be taken on their own however, Foundation is recommended as a prerequisite for Death and Courage retreat. Rebirth is only available after completing Death and Courage retreats, as it synergistically builds on them. When signing up directly via our website — once confirmed eligible, a payment link is sent for the full retreat price. Payment is due at least 30 days before the retreat.

When booking via RetreatGuru or Bookretreats — a deposit is collected automatically at booking. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before the retreat. If after the intake process the retreat is not a good fit, the deposit is fully refunded.

The €25 covering the plant medicine costs is paid at the retreat center.
