Roots and Tools

Breathwork: A Gateway to Inner Clarity

Breathwork is one of the most effective tools we use to regulate the nervous system, shift physical states, and creates access to emotional material stored in the body. It can enhance focus, mood, and clarity or allow access to repressed emotions. In our retreats, breathwork helps participants prepare for the deeper inner work with plant medicine by expanding energy, sharpening awareness, and making it easier to connect with deeper emotional content.

Tantric Practice: Tuning Into What Matters

Our tantric practices are not sensual or sexual—they are centered on the energy of the heart. These practices help participants connect more deeply with themselves, increase awareness, and build the capacity to stay present with whatever is alive inside. By opening access to emotional and mental material, they support meaningful insight and a more honest connection with self. In turn, this expanded inner contact helps the plant medicine reach even deeper during the ceremonies.

Plant Medicine: Safety, Integrity, and Insight

We offer plant medicine ceremonies in a safe, ethically held space—guided by years of personal and facilitation experience with a range of psychedelics. Our approach is informed by both scientific research and a deep respect for the traditional roots of these medicines. The setting is adapted to a Western context, creating a non-dogmatic, down-to-earth environment where each participant is supported to meet their own process with openness and intention.

We combine the depth of ancient practices with contemporary knowledge from science and psychology to guide people toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and more authentic ways of living and relating.

“I would definitely recommend the retreat to people open to tantra and plant medicine since it allows to go on a very deep journey with oneself and others and it is a very healing and transformative experience.”
